Bachelor's Degree - Business, HR, Psychology. Engineering or Technical degrees are a real plus

Spanish or German speaking a very real plus

Reports directly to the VPHR, Corp (as an individual contributor level)

Experience working within the manufacturing industry, plus sales, customer service, engineering, supply chain, etc...

5 plus years recruiting experience within manufacturing, HR or Engineering background a real plus

Looking for good exposure to Lean Manufacturing Principles

Ability to build rapport, proper utilization of probing skills related to experience, employment history, accomplishments, stability, energy, talent growth capabilities, and overall interview management.

Experience with behavioral style interviewing and a common-sense approach

Experience needed regarding strategic talent management relative to a growing organization assisting with internal organizational planning, etc.
