Most of his career has been focused in manufacturing with an emphasis on application of Lean principles. With his full P&L business exposure, he has an outstanding record of recruiting and building strong corporate teams. He has held positions of responsibility that require thorough understanding of the businesses, where he has provided leadership in organizational development, career planning, benefits and compensation, safety and environment, as well as support for strategic business growth.
