BS degree Supply Chain, business, industrial engineering, etc..MBA/Masters a real plus, Lean Certifications are needed.

Experience with SQL, project management and six sigma lean tools - five plus years lean applications manufacturing and warehouse, transportation/logistics, distribution.

Individual contributor - ability to collaborate and work independently, startup experience.

Subject matter expert in lean - work place organization, process improvement, visual management, lead time reductions, employee engagement

• Reports directly to the Senior Manager Continuous Improvement
• Keen ability for problem solving, client engagement, and ability for 50% travel
• Must have strong computer literacy skills including strong usage of Google Sheets/Excel which also includes pivot tables, macros, data links, etc. You will be tested here.
