VP Operations
Qualifications include, but are not limited to a bachelor's degree in Business or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Candidates must have. minimum of 10 year's leadership experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to being a visionary leader with the ability to drive operational strategies; execute strategic direction; develop operational processes; lead continuous improvement initiatives; oversee multisite distribution operations; oversee budget ensuring cost affective resources and establishing KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
