Production Manager needed for a global manufacturer in the Charlotte NC area. The Production Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing processes for the Plant. Qualified candidates must be able to lead, motivate and train process work teams. Must be good with people, efficient following EH&S and quality standards. They must also be "hands on" and ready to help where needed. Lean manufacturing principles and experience are a plus.

Required qualifications are, but are not limited to, Associates or BS degree or four years manufacturing production leadership, strong experience with production systems such as ERP, MRP and MES, must be profficient in in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's). 

Other requirements are: skilled in root cause analysis; drive process improvements; solid in budgeting and scheduling; good knowledge of EHS and regulatory requirements; strong reasoning skills and excellent problem solving skills; proficient with PC's. Microsoft Suite
