Plant Manager
Qualifications include but are not limited to Bachelor's degree in related field, MBA preferred. A minimum of eight year's management experience within a manufacturing environment. Lean manufacturing expereoince is a plus and must also have significant experience in MS Office Suite. Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
Must have excellent people skills as well as a proven ability in written and verbal communication. Ideal candidates will be proficient in lean and continuous improvement methods.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing the Plant workforce and provide strategic direction. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading Fabrication, Assembly and Maintenance.
