Plant Manager
BS degree preferred, plus five - seven years production management experience
Operation with up to 300 associate responsibility - two sites.
Reports directly to the VP Operations Manager who has oversight for two plants in Tracy which serves the local California area
This is a craftsman cabinetry manufacturing environment requiring this position being the key point of contact requiring strong leadership, process ownership, on call practices, coordinating, planning, production, quality, safety, deliver, and cost
Requires strong delegating and people skills, leading examples of lean and process improvement.
Requires complete plant oversight experience, budget control at a plant manager role with P&L practices
Requires strong lean practices, exemplified experience with standard work, visual management, work place organization, employee involvement, and good policy deployment
