HR Business Partner

BS degree required, Master's HR / business degree a very real plus

Must have light industrial experience - manufacturing / operations oversight as HR Generalist

This is a high potential role with strong growth and developing HR career

Must be a true Servant Leader with very strong employee relations - manufacturing background 300 employees and up, high diversity environment

This is currently 350 non-union, expecting growth to 400 within 18 months

Able to handle spikes / growth in recruiting

Must be process oriented, with lean principles, hold people accountable, personable, determined with strong ethics

Must have strong collaboration skills, policy, practices, be able to interface extremely well with all levels. Reports to the Director HR on site and strong dotted line with Dir Ops, NA

Daily Interfacing with all levels, high visibility, true business partner potential
