The Principal, Robert L. Underwood has over 20 years of management leadership in lean environments. He served as Director of Human Resources and Associate Development for Arvin’s aftermarket ATQPS system of lean and cellularized implementation as well as fully trained in Danaher’s Leadership/DBS lean systems for over eight years—serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Delta Consolidated Industries / A Danaher Company.

Our primary Managing Partner is Rebecca Underwood. She has over 15 years in technical engineering and project management and has had a direct working relationship with Engineers, Field Service personnel, and Managers at all levels.
 

Our firm ensures a recruiting process (through Value Stream Mapping) that is robust to insure quality and on time delivery eliminating waste ensuring on boarding of the best talent in a minimal time. This process is customer driven using the voice of the customer in all processes (identifying and using only what is important to the customer) in every completed candidate presentation.
